Appointments are available on a month-to-month basis. You may add your name to the waitlist if you are looking for an appointment this month, and if a cancellation occurs, you will be alerted.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders requesting confirmation of your appointment are sent via text message and email three days before each appointment. I ask that you confirm your appointment via text by following the prompts from the confirmation message. All appointments must be confirmed 72 hours before the scheduled start time. A text message reminder for all appointments will be sent 24 hours prior, and an email will be sent to the address on file 12 hours before to ensure there is no confusion about the date/time of your appointment.
To avoid penalties, all appointments must be changed or canceled no later than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled service.
Sickness: If you are sick within 7 days of your scheduled appointment, PLEASE cancel your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT to reach out to the salon; YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. It is much easier to email the salon to explain your situation and possibly reschedule than to be charged the full amount for canceling outside the 3-day policy.
Clients with a history of no-calls or no-shows must pay 50% of their scheduled appointment PRIOR to being seen. These fees are credited toward the cost of your upcoming service.
All deposits and reservation fees are non-refundable.

"Life happens." If you expect to be late by 10 minutes or more, message the salon at (884) 835-7276 or reply to your confirmation messages. If no one answers, please text, as I may be with a client or away from the phone.
I work hard to schedule the right time for each service. Accommodating late guests can disrupt others' schedules. If you are late, I can't guarantee your services that day. You may need to reschedule for another day.

Pricing for CRWN’d Salon is based on the average time required to perform the desired service, the products used to complete it, and the level of skill required. Prices listed may increase due to preparation work, e.g., detangling knotted/matted hair, which will take longer. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you have a specific pricing question, please inquire before scheduling a service.
Regarding color services, I can only give a close estimate, not definite prices, before the service is completed, as the price can vary depending on the amount of hair color used.

I pride myself on providing all clients with fantastic service and quality customer care. As a highly skilled, experienced Curl Expert, I will provide you with the best hair care possible.
If you are not satisfied with the results of your salon service due to an error on my part, don't hesitate to contact me within 5 days of your appointment. You will be asked to provide photos of your hair. If there is an error on my part, I will gladly provide a complimentary adjustment within 5-10 business days of your appointment. I would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as I value you as a guest. I do not offer refunds for salon services.

I kindly ask that you advise me of any illness, injury, or changes to your health status before any services are conducted. I cannot be held responsible if a client does not disclose pertinent health information.

All major credit and debit cards, Apple, and cash are accepted. I do not accept checks.
