Please be sure you understand the terms of the salon policy PRIOR to requesting an appointment.

You may email the salon with questions you might have, and I will happily help clarify

booking requirements for new clients / cancellation policy

Due to an unfortunate increase in new client no-shows and invalid cards being listed on file, all new clients must submit a non-refundable $50 reservation fee for their first visit.  The $50 will be deducted from your balance.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason within the 3-day (72-hour) cancellation window, your reservation fee can be TRANSFERRED ONCE‍ to a future appointment.

Example: If a customer requests a Curly Cut appointment for $200, a $50 deposit is required. The client's appointment is on September 6th. Suppose they cancel anytime before September 3rd ( 3 days before the appointment). In that case, the salon will keep the $50 on hold and apply it to a future appointment request within 90 days of the original appointment. In this example, the clients’ $50 can be used for any appointment they request, no later than December 6th (90 days from the original appointment).

Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the appointment will forfeit the $50 deposit and require a new reservation fee for the next appointment request.

Example: For a $200 Curly Cut, a $50 deposit is needed. If you cancel on September 3rd, 4th, or 5th for your September 6th appointment, you will lose the $50 deposit, as there isn’t enough notice to fill the slot. No extra fees will be charged.

A no-call/No-Show appointment forfeits the $50 deposit, and the salon will charge the remaining balance to the card listed on file. The client will be barred from scheduling any future appointment until the past-due amount is remitted to the salon. Example: For a $200 Curly Cut, a $50 deposit is needed. If you do not show up or contact us on the day of your September 6th appointment, you will lose the $50 and be charged the remaining $150.
